Request account closure or eligible export
Contact support@webmins.com or use the signed-in privacy request control to request review of account closure, personal-data deletion or eligible export. The request is queued for verification and processing; submitting it is not an assertion that every record has been erased. Approved procedure: Verified cookies, local storage, analytics and optional tracking controls.
Projects and connected AI providers
Use available project controls to remove saved projects you no longer need. Review separately stored messages, generated files and job records rather than assuming a single project deletion erases every related record. Removing a connected API provider deletes the local saved key and preference; revoke the API key directly with the issuing provider if needed.
ChatGPT disconnect and OAuth access
The ChatGPT disconnect control removes the local hashed identity link and pending link transactions. Returned OAuth tokens are discarded in this integration. Local disconnect does not sign you out of ChatGPT, revoke other OpenAI sessions or delete provider-side records. Manage remaining provider authorisation in the provider’s own account controls.
Retention exceptions and practical effects
Verified cookies, local storage, analytics and optional tracking controls. Invoices, payment disputes, fraud prevention, legal holds and statutory recordkeeping may require proportionate retention. Account closure and subscription cancellation are different processes; review active billing before requesting closure and preserve eligible project exports.
